The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped, you and Ann covered all aspects to make your apartment a home from home. The complex will be fantastic when building work is completed, especially the hotel. We would recommend the lighthouse for car rental, it is reasonably priced and all documents-insurance etc covered us to cross the boarder into Romania. Clubhouse food is excellent and it is nice and relaxing for drink later on. Also on our last day they opened a cocktail bar by the pool, which was greatly needed. I do believe you will see big changes next year.
One suggestion-would be for the resort to offer more bus times into town (last bus 4pm) and maybe more pick up times from town (last bus 4:30pm), because this can be an expense getting two taxis a night.
Thank you for a lovely holiday, we will definitely rent your exquisite apartment again when we visit Bulgaria hopefully next year.

We were recommended to stop with you by our friends Andy and Liz who had stopped at your lovely home in florida.
So we just thought we would like to add our comments to your site.
Yes, your previous guests summed it up, this complex will be fantastic once the site is fully up and running in 12 months.
Quite honestly, we enjoy the peace and tranquility and enjoyed having the pool to ourselves although having said that on the day we were leaving there was a lot more activity on site.
We are positive this complex will become a five star resort with all the amenties that you would expect from this up market Golf Course .
We certainly think you made the right choice when you choose your apartment, as the views are breathtaking from both the front and rear terraces with views of the Course,Hotel, Clubhouse and pool and we cannot get over the fact that you have views of the sea,from either balcony.
I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace at night sipping my gin and tonic and watching the world go by while Jim and Caroline swam in the massive pool.

Just got back from Lighthouse, after taking advantage of your free vacation in good old Bulgaria and managed to squeeze in the long weekend break alongside our business trip to Poland.
My buddy Jim and and I loved the complex and of course your 5* apartment although the weather was to say the least cold, we still managed to get a few rounds in.
There was a great deal of activity on site and I see from the website http://lighthousegolfresort.com that everything (including the 5* Hotel and private beach will be up and running by mid 2011)
I know you may have had your reservations about investing in this complex, but I am confident you have done the right thing, and I will recommend the Resort to all my golfing buddies as I am sure they would all love to come over to Europe to play and take advantage of one of the golfong packages.
Well done Dave, I am sure your novel idea of offering a free vacation to Mickeys Mansion guests was a great idea, I can see now why you are a such a shrewd investor.

I have to admit, I have had my reservations when I bought a home in an ex communist country, but of course, I bought this home primarily as a holiday home for my friends and family.The idea of a free holiday/vacation was really just a whim on my part, but this seems to have paid off.
Let's face it you have to be one step ahead of the opposition ( especially in Florida )

We recently took up your offer of FREE accommodation at this lovely apartment.
It seems the complex has come on leaps and bounds since your last vistors were here 12 months ago.The Hotel looks great, and from what I can gather from other guests the rooms have been sold to some of the major tour operators.
Although I am not a golfing fan, there seems to be tournaments on most weekends.
The complex is extreemly busy at the moment and they are just putting the finishing touches to the road that leads to the private beach.
All in all an enjoyable holiday ( or vacation whichever you want to call it )
