David and Ann, welcome you to their 7 bedroom 4.5 bath home, situated on Emerald Island, in the beautiful sunshine state. Only 5 minutes from Disney. 20 mins from Orlando International Airport.45 mins from Sandford International Airport.

 Comfort at it's best, providing all round family accommodation, catering from tiny tots to grandparents. Whether it is Disney World, Golfing, Site seeing or just relaxation it's all here for you.

Totally refurbished to a high standard in 2009/10, over $60000 of new interior design, electrical items etc.etc. Total inventory, including, all electrical. The large 30' x 14' outdoor heated pool with bubbling spa, and a detachable child safety fence .Step out onto the shaded lanai with loungers and chairs, which leads to a south facing private pool.

Shuttle Van service

Maingate Transportation provides service  to and from the airport. They will have the driver waiting with a sign showing the guest’s name and he will help with their luggage, etc. They charge $78 for airport pick-up and $68 for return (if they are used for pick-up as well).

They offer a daily shuttle service serving Emerald Island Resort with 2 morning pick-up and 2 evening return runs that are at scheduled times to the Theme Parks in case you do not want to drive. If you have 6 or more people, it makes sense to hire a private van since it’s charged by the trip and not per person.  The van holds up to 14 people.
